Billion Electric Collaborates with First International Trading for Australian Distributorship

Billion Electric, one of the most popular xDSL and LTE modems/routers suppliers in Australia since 2000, today announces that its distributorship has been switched from PC Range to First International Trading starting at 2016 Q1. Previously was the largest authorized reseller of Billion, First International Trading is to launch Billion new Wireless-11AC routers and maintain channels partnership in Australia.

New paragraphIn regards to Billion products sold by PC Range P/L - Manufacturer’s Warranty claim
1. The customer must contact the product’s place of purchase to organise a warranty return.
2. Any warranty claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase and full details of the alleged defect.
3. Warranty returns will not be accepted without an accompanying Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) number. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the RMA processing time will take longer than usual. Your understanding and support are much appreciated.
