Rather than supplying low-end standard products, it serves as a critical hardware foundation for the Group’s energy equipment and smart energy solutions—supporting system integration, product expansion, and cross-business synergy.

The Platform for Critical Connectivity and Grid Modernization

BEC Technologies, the U.S. subsidiary, focuses on private network devices, enterprise IoT, and applications for North American utilities and enterprises, along with cloud-based network management services.


Beyond providing communication equipment, BEC Technologies enables the connectivity, monitoring, and centralized management required for energy infrastructure, remote sites, and mission-critical applications, while advancing grid modernization and smart grid communications.

Serving as Billion Group’s operations and governance platform, this division oversees finance, legal, human resources, administration, IT, procurement, and resource allocation.

  • Two subsidiary companies were established: "Billion Watts Technologies Co., Ltd." and "Billion Sunpower Co., Ltd." Billion Watts Technologies focuses on the research, development, and sales of string-level and module-level solar power monitoring systems. On the other hand, Billion Sunpower is dedicated to the construction and operation of solar power plants domestically and internationally.
  • Launch of LTE wireless dual-band outdoor hotspot router, which has received certification from the Telecom Provider Sprint.
