Billion Electric, the leading global ICT solutions provider, announced that its Triple-WAN Wireless, 3G/4G LTE and VDSL2/ADSL2+ Firewall Router - BiPAC 8200AXL-1200, has successfully integrated with multiple pre-5G modules (CAT 11 and CAT 12) from top-notch IoT & M2M wireless solution providers, which supports various high-bandwidth required applications such as IPTV, HD video streaming, and digital signage with higher downlink speed up to 600Mbps. The device also enables access to the 5GHz unlicensed spectrum with specific dongle via its USB 3.0 port, delivering more capacity, higher spectrum utilization, and advanced deployment scenarios without deploying the licensed spectrum in advance.
BiPAC 8200AXL - 1200 is a high-performance, versatile VDSL2/ADSL2+ router that features fiber-ready triple-WAN, concurrent dual-band wireless, Gigabit Ethernet, and 3G/4G connectivity. It supports automatic failover/fallback functionality with LTE USB WAN interface to provide an always-on internet connectivity and secure data transmission for applications with high data sensitivity including POST machine, ATM, and Kiosk.
BiPAC 8200AXL- 1200 with the specific dongle is compatible with 5GHz unlicensed spectrum, which allows mobile service providers to operate within specific frequency bands anytime and anywhere without permission. Operator or even enterprise can easily build up their own remote & private network with LTE based performance and capacity that can co-exist with Wi-Fi 5GHz, which dramatically improves the availability and future compatibility of fixed wireless network applications.
