December 30, 2025 — As the year drew to a close, the Billion SDGs Star Seed Program successfully completed its final campus activity of 2025. Billion Group’s ESG volunteer team visited Wenshan District, arriving at National Chengchi University Experimental Elementary School (NCCUES), located at the foot of Zhinan Mountain and along the Jingmei River. Surrounded by nature, the volunteers joined teachers and students to bring the year’s sustainability education initiatives to a warm and meaningful conclusion.

Situated near the NCCU campus, Maokong tea gardens, and several ecological sites, NCCUES is removed from the bustle of the city and enriched by abundant natural learning resources. The school upholds the educational philosophy of “Dedicated schools, reassured parents, and happy students,” seamlessly integrating daily life, nature, and learning to create a nurturing environment for exploration and growth.

Centered on the theme “Understanding Sustainability Through Daily Life,” the event featured interactive sessions led by Billion’s ESG volunteers. Students were introduced to clean energy concepts and practical ways to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. Through games and group discussions, children were encouraged to observe their surroundings and take action starting from their school and home environments. Throughout the activity, students actively participated, sharing ideas and feedback that demonstrated strong critical thinking and a growing sense of environmental responsibility.

As the final event of the 2025 SDGs Star Seed Program, this activity marked not only the conclusion of a year of action but also symbolized the continued accumulation of sustainability education within schools. Billion Group will continue to engage with campuses, accompanying more children as they learn about sustainability, embrace responsibility, and allow change to grow from everyday life toward the future.
