a. Check if there is another computer or router using the same IP address: 192.168.1.254.
b. If your computer obtains its IP address automatically, please check your computer’s IP configuration by typing “C:\>ipconfig /all” from the DOS prompt and make sure your computer obtains the IP address from the BiGuard device.

c. If your computer is set up with a static IP address, please make sure the IP address is set up correctly.
d. If the above steps do not solve your problem, turn your BiGuard device off and on again, and try to log in again.
e. If this does not help, you can try to load the factory default settings by pressing the hardware reset button (on the rear panel of the BiGuard device). Please press and hold the reset button for more than 6 seconds until the status LED blinks. Resetting to the factory default settings will erase all the current settings. Try to connect to the BiGuard device after loading the defaults (after the reset is complete, the status LED will be off).
f. If the above steps do not work, please try to access the Recovery Mode.
g. If all the above procedures do not work, please contact your dealer for help.
