I remember the LAN IP address of my BiGuard30 is 192.168.1.254, but I can’t login in now. How should I do?

A. Check if there is another computer or router using the same IP address: 192.168.1.254.

B. If your computer will get IP address automatically, please check your computer’s IP configuration by typing “C:\>ipconfig /all” from the DOS prompt and make sure your computer get the IP address from BiGuard.

C. If your computer is setup as static IP address, please make sure the IP address is setup correctly.

D. If step A, B, C does not work, please try to power on/off your BiGuard and try again.

E. If the above steps do not work, the last step you can try is to load factory default setting by pressing the hardware reset button.(in the rear panel of BiGuard, please press the reset button for more than 6 seconds until the status LED blinks). Be noted, the load default will clean up all the current settings. And please try to connect BiGuard after load default is complete (after the load default is complete, the status LED will be off).

F. If all the above procedures do not work, please contact your dealer for help.
