  How to use the Microsoft Windows Messenger to call BiPAC 7100SV?
 
  1. Please use below link to download the Windows Messenger.
    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=b475d2d1-6266-4d82-bf78-14597545a6b4&displaylang=en

  2. (a) After install Windows Messenger and execute it.
    (b) Select “Tools” è “Option”
    (c) Select the “Account” tag and “Communications Service” option.
    (d) Input you voip account with domain name. [e.g. xxxx.fwd.pulver.com or xxxx.iptel.org]
    (e) Select “Advanced” button to set the more configuration.

  3. (a) Please select the “Configure settings” button to configure below setting.
    (b) Input the correct SIP Register Server IP or Domain [e.g. 192.246.69.223 or iptel.org]
    (c) Select connect using “UDP” and press “ OK ” button

  4. (a) please click it start to sign in
    (b) Input the voip service password and click “OK” button

  5. Start to call BiPAC 7100SV
    We test to call the Billion Hsinchu Lab [sip:456789@fwd.pulver.com]
    (a)Select the “Action” and “Start a voice conversation..”
    (b)Select Other tag and input Billion Hsinchu Lab address
    (c)Press “OK” to call

  6. Check the connection message..
    The BiPAC 7100SV accepted the Windows Messenger ‘s voice request and
    the connection established.
