  How do I change the IRQ setting of PCI ISDN card?
 

If you want to change PCI card resource you need configuration by BIOS setup.

If it is still not working, please try to remove some other add-on cards.In our experience, the BiPAC PCI had IRQ conflict in the PC.Is there any option in the BIOS like below? "Running Windows 95?” "OS is PnP?" or "PnP aware OS" You should answer "No"; even you are using Windows 95 or 98. This kind of option is "actually" asking you if you want Windows to do the PnP resource management, instead of BIOS. It has been proved that BIOS is better in PnP resource management.
