IE4 on Windows 95, why I cannot restart my computer?

When you installed IE4 on Windows 95 and ever logon to a network server, the Windows will be locked when "shut down" or "restart" PC. You have to log off the server first to be able to successfully "shut down" or "restart" PC.

Actually, if you do not install the ISDN card but a LAN card, and you logon to a Novell server, you will also have the problem. We have been thinking it is a bug of IE4 on Windows 95.

With the same PC configuration, the Windows 98 will not have the problem.
